Vor 10-15 Jahren war die analoge Welt noch in Ordnung. Die Personalabteilung war klar abgegrenzt und eingeordnet im Bereich der allgemeinen Firmenadministration. Eher unauffällig zwischen den Fachabteilungen Finanzen und Einkauf.
