My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Well. I do not often give a five star rating. I do not do it because of being involved or influenced because of the company I am working for. I do it because this book to me has 3 important pillars which makes is must read for me. 1. It provides a deep inside of why the Microsoft of today evolved into such a different, innovative company, where even its hardware became kind of more sexy compared to its competitors. 2. If you´re intersted into the next big thing far beyond of big data and the cloud, it opens the eyes and raises understanding of how to leverage new technology and describes good insights on a journey to trans- or even posthumanism. 3. This book is full of empathy and emotional intelligence which paints a picture of trust and accountability which multinationals in the tech industry should have. Satya Nadella is truly a humanist who cares for its employees as well as for society. I really feel inspired also I must confess that the start of the book requires a bit of patiences. But it is a good time invest and worth to stick to it. To me the most impressive chapters are “Beyond the Cloud” and “The Future of humans and machines.”
