Air France update, sorry no updates – #airfrance

Third day of my business trip in Germany. My suitcase is still not there. Today I received a message from
Dublin airport (not from airfrance customer care), that my suitcase is now back in Dublin ready to
pick up. I will return tomorrow to Dublin anyway, so thanks for that.
Yesterday I had do to some shopping here in Potsdam because I had NOTHING with me, apart of the suit
I´ve worn from day one and my briefcase. Wait for my reclaim, Air France.
Overall I am strongly disappointed about the treatement as a customer and the information policy. Okay – lost
baggage is always stressful but at the end I am a relaxed down to earth person. What I do expect is
a constant information what is going on, pro-actively. Air France did not inform me with one single call
up to now (you have my mobile number guys). I was the one doing call and asking for status updates.
I learnt from colleagues that unfortunately a baggage loss is happening quite often with that airline.
So I am afraid for my flight back. I learnt my lesson.
